1. If you get an infinite loading screen after pressing pay, try again using a VPN or mobile data on your phone.
2. If you have not received your e-mail with the key -> log into the Sellpass website with the e-mail you have used to purchase the license. Keys will not be sent through the ticket system on Sellpass or on Discord!
3. The purchase does not come with a loader. The loader can be found on the Lethal website after logging into the website and redeeming your license.
4. If you have entered the wrong e-mail, try to keep your invoice ID and create a ticket on Sellpass. We will look further into it.
5. If the payment failed, yet the money still got taken out -> Don't worry. The money will be automatically refunded by Stripe within 3 to 5 business days.
6. If you have purchased the wrong product: e.g you wanted to buy DayZ instead of R6, we can only replace if; the key has not been redeemed and if the other product is the same or less amount of money than the product you've purchased.
7. The link to the official Lethal Discord server for any questions about support, can be found on the LethalCheats website after logging into your account.
8. Opening a ticket on Sellpass asking for support about the cheat, will be closed immediately
Please note: opening a ticket on Sellpass for questions answered here will be ignored, as will Discord DMs for support unrelated to purchases.
